Description:  The work to the historic West Hall includes renovations throughout the existing 5 storey “Y”-shaped building and connected to 2 storey annex, as well as site improvements and landscaping. Renovation scope includes selective demolition and new interior wall and floor framing, ceilings, finishes, MEP FP systems, lighting, fixtures, casework/millwork, roofing and window replacement. Site improvements and landscaping scope includes selective demolition, topsoil, plantings, fencing, concrete paving and other site features.

Forester Student Services Center work includes the interior renovations to the existing departmental offices on the west end of the 3rd floor to create an open computer lab for the entire college campus. Renovation scope includes selective demolition and new interior wall framing, ceilings, finishes, MEP FP systems, lighting, fixtures, and casework/millwork.
