Renovation of an existing yoga studio into a modern, premium tea restaurant.  The project consisted of interior demolition; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; back-of-house renovations for the kitchen and dishwashing areas; new employee and patron bathrooms; installation of an insulated glass exterior roll-up door for indoor/outdoor dining; and new front-of-house finishes including ceiling-mounted Richlite architectural millwork.
